Who we are
Blom Studio is the trading name of Tarryn Blom, a sole proprietor in South Africa. In these terms, “Blom Studio”, “we” and “us” mean that business. Public contact is info@theblomstudio.co.za, 074 837 5701 and WhatsApp.
The work
We quote after we understand the work. Prices are not published on this website. A quote is an offer for a defined scope. Work starts when you accept the quote in writing (including WhatsApp).
Ownership
On a Blom Studio build, you own the website, app or automation we make for you once it is paid for, except for third-party tools, fonts, stock, and libraries that keep their own licences. This is different from Mahala Websites, which is a monthly licence.
Care
Hosting and ongoing care are optional and quoted separately. Either party may end care with 30 days’ written notice. If care ends and we were hosting, we will help you take the site elsewhere; we do not invent a handover fee on this page.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee search rankings, a 24-hour delivery window, or that an AI employee will replace a named member of staff. We will tell you what the software is allowed to do.
Liability
To the extent South African law allows, our liability for a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of South Africa. If a part of them cannot be enforced, the rest still stands.
