Who we are

Blom Studio is a South African studio that builds AI employees, websites, apps and automations. The responsible party under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA) can be contacted at info@theblomstudio.co.za, on 074 837 5701, or WhatsApp. We do not publish a street address.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, optional business name, what you need, and the email or phone you leave so we can reply.
• Enquiries: anything you send by WhatsApp, phone, or the booking calendar.
• Billing: invoice details and payment references for quoted work. We do not store complete card numbers on this site.

This marketing site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics trackers.

Why we process it

We process personal information to reply to enquiries, quote and do the work, invoice, keep required records, and protect our legal rights. We do not sell personal information or add you to a mailing list unless you ask.

Who receives it

We share only what is reasonably necessary with hosting and email providers that run the service, with professional advisers under confidentiality, or with regulators and courts where law requires it. Form leads are emailed to our operations inbox. A count-only pulse (number of leads, no personal information) may be sent to our internal dashboard.

Retention and location

Enquiry and client records are kept while they are needed for the engagement and for the periods tax, accounting and other laws require. Hosting infrastructure may be outside South Africa. Where personal information crosses borders, we apply the safeguards required by POPIA section 72.

Your rights

You may ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, correction, deletion where the law allows, or a restriction of processing. Contact us on 074 837 5701. You may also complain to the Information Regulator.
